☑ Lindsey and tenant take detailed notes and photos during Move-In Inspection
☑ Lindsey delivers keys to tenant and tenant moves in
Final Results
☑ Tenant receives utility info and any additional property specific information
☑ Tenant & Owner receive all final application packet and lease documents via email
